Updates to .CLU:

• Recharge Stations now save your progress.
• Tweaked jumping. Jumping was a bit too floaty.
• Reduced landing and jump start animation durations. This will help make jumping feel more responsive.
• Made a few adjustments to the levels to support the new jumping changes.
• Repositioned the enemy in the police department so that they don't immediately attack the player once you enter.
